[Evolution] Summary Page doesn't work

Subject: [Evolution] Summary Page doesn't work

I can't seem to get the Summary page on Evolution (V1.0.2) to work at
all. Each of my news feeds (pointing to some http address) just report
an error downloading the RDF file. I presume I need to enter my http
proxy server settings in somewhere but I can't see where. 

Any suggestions?
