[Evolution] Scroll Wheel in Evolution

Hey all,

I just switched distributions and now my scroll behaves differently in
evolution. On debian, up and down were behaved the same as the up and
down arrow. Now they are mapped to the page up/page down keys. Is there
a way to change this?
