[Evolution] How to schedule a meeting?

As per the online help inorder to schedule a meeting I need to select
Actions->Schedule Meeting. However, I only have the following four
options.

 Create a New Appointment
 Create a New All day event
 Create a new task
 Publish free/busy information

There is no Schedule Meeting. Any ideas? I'm running
evolution-1.0.2-ximian.1 on RH7.2
