[Evolution] evolution 1.2.1 & attachment handling

Hello,

I can not handle my attachments (such as postscript files) with an
external application (would like to use gv)

Starting gnomecc and selecting "file types and programs" I get the error
message "file-types-capplet: command not found" (I also tries to make
changes with gnome-file-types-properties)

I use SuSe 8.1 with a full gnome installation

Any ideas?
