[Evolution] How to change the default browser launched when URL in Evolution is clicked on

I am running RedHat 8 and Evolution 1.2.0 and when I click on a link,
Galeon opens.  I would prefere to have the Pheonix webbrowser found in
/opt/phoenix/

Any help would be appreciated.
