[Evolution] red-carpet devel snapshot no pilot conduits

hi,
i wanted to ask if there was a reason why the gnome-pilot conduits
were not enabled for the evolution devel snapshot that is up right
now. i just recently started using evolution (and do like it) but only
recently wanted to get my palm pilot to sync with it. the stable
releases do have the conduits in the rpm packages. i've looked at the
status page and it seems the configure scripts were run with the devel
snapshot without enabling the conduits. I'm not sure who is
responsible for this and where I should be reporting this. I would
recompile it myself but it complains consistently about not finding
library files (for libtool, I have redhat 7.3). Being that I'd rather
just wait for the conduits to be introduced into the devel snapshot, I
was hoping someone on the list might be able to help me out.
