[Evolution] Question on uninstalling Evolution

If one uninstalls the Evolution package does it delete the data\config
etc ? Will it still be there and detected\used by a new install ?
I'd like to revert to 1.0.8 from 1.1.0.9 (spell checker got broken with
update) but don't want to lose the data. (upgrading RPM's causes
dependency problems)
