[Evolution] Setting a static startup folder

Hi, I was wondering if the Summary page can be set as the default
startup page.  Now my system brings up the last open folder.  I have
tried opening the Summary folder via the command line, which works,
however other settings like having the folder bar open don't come up
too.  If anyone knows how I can have my cake and eat it too please help
me out.
