[Evolution] can't start Evo 1.0.3 - can't open config db

First off, I did already check the FAQ and read through the
possible fixes in the KnowledgeBase for Evolution for this
error. Nothing has worked yet (regarding libnspr and/or mozilla-nspr).

This is what I get every time I try and start Evo:
evolution-shell-WARNING **: Cannot access Bonobo/ConfigDatabase on
wombat: (IDL:Bonobo/Moniker/InterfaceNotFound:1.0)

These are the RPMs that I have installed:

These are the relevent processes running:
 oafd --ac-activate --ior-output-fd=9

gconfd-1 --oaf-activate-iid=OAFIID:gconfd:19991118 --oaf-ior-fd=13


There are Evo files in my oaf dir (/opt/gnome/share/oaf/) with the
correct permissions.

I've also tried running oaf-slay and/or killev as root before trying to
run Evo.

I am running SuSE 7.2 (with supplied 2.4.4-64GB-SMP kernel) on dual
PII-450 w/512MB RAM.
