[Evolution] 1.0.3: opening the folder selector

I ****FINALLY**** got a FreeBSD build of Evolution 1.0.3 to work and am
**VERY** impressed.   

One annoyance: when opening the folder selector, would it be possible to
make the SELECTED folder always scroll to be visible?
