[Evolution] Weird quarks about Evo .14 09280808

Well first let me layout my setup... I have a inbox and then subfolders
of inbox as well as sometimes a subfolder of a subfolder to store
mail... Ive noticed that when switching folders that the toolbar
sometimes is not all there not to mention I can no longer do a Ctrl+A to
select all messages. However once I switch folders and go back it works
again.
