It seems to be a packaging problem with the libgtkhtml15 package from
the Evolution snapshot containing libgtkhtml16.  I fixed this by
downloading ftp.ximian.com:/pub/ximian-gnome/redhat-71-i386/libgtkhtml15-0.12.0-ximian.5.i386.rpm

Then installing it with --oldpackage.  

This of course only applies to redhat systems.
