[Evolution] Weather - needs wget? And congratulations

Hey,
I just updated to 0.13.99,
and the performance of getting the headers of my IMAP inbox is
significantly better. The speed is quite markedly better - has
a lot of debug code been taken out?

With regard to the My Weather and News Feeds, these
look exciting.
But as I'm behind a firewall, do I have to configure my .wgetrc
for my proxies?
Can anyone say which mechanism the My Weather feed uses?
