[Evolution] Make error...

I am trying to build Evolution from CVS and am encountering this error:

Making all in config

There is no Makefile in default_user/config:

[ujwal kurukshetra evolution]$ ls /opt/evolution/evolution/default_user/config
CVS/  Makefile.am

bug, CVS sync issue, that damned gettext thing?
