[Evolution] Pilot conduits only in root

Hi,
I seemed to have messed something up with the evolution palm conduits in
gnomecc after upgrading everything from cvs. Right now everything works
fine if I'm logged in as root but if I'm logged in as any other user the
evo conduits are absent from gnomecc. I tried reinstalling pilot-link
and gnome-pilot as well as reseting permissions and ownership but no go.
Anybody else encounter this?
