[Evolution] highlighting question

In all my Gnome apps except Evolution, the highlighting of text follows the chosen theme. I have chosen the Crux theme and highlighted text turns white and therefore more legible. However, in Evolution, highlighted text stays black and can then be difficult to read. Is there some setting to ensure that Evolution obeys the highlighting rules of the chosen theme?
