[Evolution] Cannot write a message?!

Hi,

I'm an Italian Linux newbie. I'm testig different mailer, and I try evolution 
very nice indeed. First I installed 0.11 for suse 7.1, then 0.12 for suse 6.4 
(I have suse 7.1), as I couldn't to compose a message: "unable to retreive 
message from editor"; nor to read the Help ("Lynx failed to download selected 
file"). Can you help me?

Moreover, I find the 0.12 version even much slower  then the 0.11 one when 
loading. Is it "normal"?
