In the code snippet,
I placed it in the form of:
ldap://mail.server.com:389/dc=server,dc=com??sub
Is that correct syntax? Can anyone let me know? Thanks for the help
either way.

I believe that that LDAP address is merely an example, but I will check
into that and get back with you. Make sure that you read the note after
the code section.

I apologize for the bother, but why is there more than one dc= in the
line below? Also, what is dc=org??one significant to?

Add this to your ~/evolution/config.xmldb.
<section path="/Addressbook/Completion">
<entry name="uri" type="string"
value="ldap://localhost:389/dc=toshok,dc=org??one"/>
</section>
NOTE: Change the URL to match the addressbook URL you want to use.
With
LDAP URLs it has to be formatted using the correct syntax for your
system.
