[Evolution] Copy and paste problems

First of all I would like to say that evo is a great program but
it seems like copy and paste won't work with external programs for me.
I can copy from one email to another with out any problems, but I can't
copy a pice of a email and paste it into for example openoffice or abi,
but I can copy from a external program and paste it into evo.
