Please do not cc: messages to both mailing lists. evolution-hackers is
only for messages related to hacking on the code, not questions or bug
reports (that don't come with patches attached).

If you don't have server-side filters, you might want to turn off "Check
for new mail in all folders".

Argh. Someone else reported this too. We have no idea what causes that;
it ought to be instantaneous.
