[Evolution] Missing libgal14 package

I'm running RedHat 6.2 with the up to date Ximian RPMs. When I try to
download the last Evo snapshot, RedCarpet complains that it can't find
libgal.14.o. I don't seem to see libgal14 available for download via
RedCarpet or off the FTP site (it stops at libgal13). Will the latest
lib be made available?
