[Evolution] Filter rules aren't saved correctly

I didn't find anything about this issue in bugzilla: if there is a colon
in a filter criterion like "Subject starts with Error: critical", the
criterion is saved as "Subject starts with Error". The colon and all
words behind it are stripped.
