Netscape bug.

I noticed when viewing the HTML source for the original email, it shows
the charset as "utf-8" even though the default charset is set to
ISO-8859-1.  I don't know if this is wrong or not, but I thought I'd
mention it just in case.

I'm not sure if this is a Netscape bug, but maybe Evo can implement some
kind of workaround.
