Edit the imlibrc file and turn off shared pixmaps on the client.
I copied the /etc/imlib/imrc to ~/.imrc and ~/.imlibrc because with the
version of imlib I have ( 1.9.10 ) there is no imlibrc file just /etc/imlib/imrc. So
I edited these two files and set
SharedPixmaps off.
But alas, evolution still dies using either ssh's X11 forwarding or not.
Any other suggestions?
Multi-depth display is likely causing the problem, can you get a
backtrace of the crash so we can fix the widget?
It will have to wait until Monday ( 11/26 ) as I won't have access to an
SGI until then. I'll send an update Monday with a backtrace of it
crashing to the list.
Thanks,

Will I ever use calculus again?
No. There is no connection between calculus and anything you will do in
life. We use it simply as a way to trick people into becoming
mathematicians.
