[Evolution] Same Shortcut Key In All Views?

Hello!

I was just noticing that you can't use Shift-Ctrl-M to make a new mail
message if you're looking at mail; then you have to remember to use
Ctrl-N. Is there any way to set Evo to consistently use the same
keyboard shortcuts for all "New" items?
