I think the general idea here is to use an IMAP server as an
intermediate server.
If you have access to an IMAP server, then, from Outlook Express, you
can copy all of your folders/messages to the IMAP server (and retain
your folder hierarchy), then access them from Evolution.

I think there is a FAQ about this, but Evo does not do this by
default...Netscape 4.x or maybe 6.2 for windoze will do it and then you
can save them to other formats...
