-No icon for the executive sumary in the shortcut bar.


  Have you tried dragging the Executive Summary icon to the shortcut bar
again?  Another thing you can try is removing the
~/evolution/shortcuts.xml file so it gets re-created.

  It is possible that your shortcut file has messed up by some bug in an
older version.
