[Evolution] (More) Evo/PGP misbehavior

I'm hoping that eventually, someone, somewhere will say "yup - it's
doing the same for me" -- it'll save me from going nuts.

Evo refuses to delete messages with PGP-MIME signatures.

The strikethrough will appear, but expunging the folder doesn't actually
remove the messages.

I can delete them from mutt (which I'll probably have to start using
again full time, 'till I can sort out Evo and PGP).

I'm running:
