[Evolution] Encryption queries

Hello,

Generally very happy with encryption support in Evo 0.10, apart from these few niggles:

1. Evo ignores marginal trust level, insist on requiring the public key of email recipient to be signed
2. No option to encrypt to self - do I really have to Cc myself?
