[Evolution] Folder management

Is there a way to move a folder?  For example, I have a local/softball
folder which I'd like to move into the local/sports folder so it becomes
local/sports/softball.  (I don't want to move the contents out of the
softball folder.)

Along the same lines, is there a way to rename or delete a folder?
