Can you check the build date? (It's part of the version string that
appears in the title bar of the main evolution window.)

Mine also just says "Evolution 0.10".  Ben's nice :) suggestion for me
to check the archives resulted in the fix (at least for me).  Resetting
my Drafts and Sent folder seemed to fix this.
