[Evolution] folder view missing new messages (3.29 snap)

3.29 snap, RH 6.2, up to date Ximian Gnome 1.2. When new messages arrive
to the currently selected folder, the folder tree view shows the number
of new messages and the folder name in bold, but the new messages are
not reachable from the folder view. Restarting Evo reveals the new
messages.
