[Evolution] unfortunate change in composer fonts

I've just updated to the 3.29.09 snapshot (skipping 3.28). The "normal"
composer font in the message pane seems to have changed from Helvetica
to Courier slanted. This is not an improvement, Courier slanted is
pretty unreadable.
