Actually you don't need to recompile gtkhtml, it uses the bonobo
gnome-spell component if it finds it at run time.  All you have to do to
get spelling working is install gnome-spell.  To do that you need to
install aspell, a recent pspell (from pspell.sourceforge.net) and
gnome-spell (from gnome CVS).
