[Evolution] Addressbook config warning/crashes

This is about evolution 0.9

Since  INCLUDE_FILE_SOURCE is not defined by default in
addressbook-config, 
I get a lot of warnings (because evo tries to register callbacks to not
existing widgets) 
when trying to add a new addressbook (ie a new ldap host), and if
I try to edit an existing entry, addressbook crashes.

I don't have any problem if I activate INCLUDE_FILE_SOURCE
