[Evolution] Suddenly, Can't Set Mail Settings!

Downloaded today's snap shot (3/27/01) and for other reasons deleted my
~/evolution directory. Started up evolution, chose the Tools > Mail Settings
Add, got a Druid with an active [Cancel] and [Back] button, but the [Next]
button is grayed out.
Up shot: can't set mail settings!
Is there a way around this so I can test the imap stuff?
