[Evolution] IMAP Suggestions: shortcuts and password popup

I thought I'd pass on my ideas for how I'd ideally like
to see Evolution work with shortcuts and the password
popup.

Currently if you have an IMAP account, and you don't save
the password, if you had accessed that account in the
previous session, it will prompt you for the password
when you start Evolution again (and then of course bury
the dialog with the main window :).  The reason I don't
store my password is that I don't always want to check
that account.  I'd much prefer that Evolution never ask
me for my password unless I explicitly try to access that
account.

The second problem is that shortcuts for this IMAP
account never appear.  I would much rather that they
always appear, and then if you select the shortcut, it
will first ask for your password, then continue.
