[Evolution] Snapshot 2001-03-23-01-04

In case anyone hasn't tried it yet, I can recommend this Evo snapshot.
It runs, the icons are back on the toolbar (along with many more menu
icons), it seems better at picking up new mail in IMAP folders.  The
ability to add address book entries has gone, but the header of messages
is displayed properly now.

Some bugs still in this snapshot:
* expunge on IMAP doesn't work
* all tables don't have cell seperator borders
* I have two RDF summaries, one for GNotices and one for /.  Both
initially open Gnotices.
