Hi !

(It's not a new bug, but anyway) when I reply to a mail, there's a header
text in french:

"Le 08 Jan 2001 12:24:22 +0100, Anne Onyme a écrit :"

... which basically means "On 08 Jan 2001 12:24:22 +0100, Anne Onyme
wrote:", and is good. The problem is, instead of "écrit" there's a square
and "it", but when I try to backspace it there *are* 5 chars.

So it seems the text is in ISO-Latin1 and rendered in UTF8, or the other
way around. A bug.
