It means the folder summary (an index of the folder's contents) does not
match what is on disk, even after it has tried to rebuild the summary
from what is on disk.  It should only happen if something else is
modifying the folder during the summary rebuild (which isn't very likely
to happen all the time).

Currently you have to remove the directory manually, it lives under
~/evolution/local/Inbox/somename

if you remove somename (whatever you have called it), it should vanish
frome volution next time it is run.  This should be fixed soon, and you
will be able to do it via the gui.
