[Evolution] Unable to expunge folder

I am using 0.9 cvs.2001.03.16.09.00, and I am unable to expunge any
messages from folders.

The error is:
Error while 'Expunging folder':
Writing to tmp mailbox
failed:/home/suprax/evolution/local/Inbox//mbox:Interrupted system call

Any ideas on this?
