My settings:

LANG=en_US
LC_CTYPE=no_NO
LC_NUMERIC=C
LC_TIME=no_NO
LC_COLLATE=C
LC_MONETARY=C
LC_MESSAGES=C
LC_ALL=

I've set most of my variables to C, but someting like numbers and dates
I would like to use norwegian format, therefore am I using no_NO at
CTYPE and TIME.

I belive you could use C there as well.
