You need to install gnome-spell, pspell, and aspell.

Already there. If the account editor doesn't have it (and I believe it
does), you can enter it in in the composer window. (This is from the
upcoming 0.10, 0.9 doesn't have it).

This should be easy to do, I don't see why not.
