[Evolution] RH snapshots

Since late last week, RH snapshots have not been successfully created.
I've been checking the logs at http://primates.ximian.com/~snapshot/,
and most of the failures seem to involve some bureaucratic step after
all the main compilation and linking work has been done. The last
successful snapshot fails on startup, as several people including me
have reported.
