[Evolution] Folder tree

Hi,

In the current snapshot the folder tree has changed, and I feel it is
for the worse.  2nd level folders do not have an icon but 1st level
folder do; and I think that the emboldening of the mail sources (etc) is
wrong - that indicates to me that mail has arrived in one of the folders
in that source.
