I'm at OLS right now; I'll try to harass Owen when I run into him today

(The patch to fix the focus for toplevel widgets that are not "real"
GtkWindows did go on CVS, so it should be on the next release of GTK+.
However, the GTK+ team does not seem to want to include our focusing
patches for the rest of the toolkit...)
