Mea Culpa  *hangs head in shame*

When the mail account user name differs from the email name, it is
important to put the account name in the username field.  It's not evo's
fault when the login name is wrong and no mail gets downloaded!

This is _totally_ my fault.  Sorry about that. 

Evo 0.11.99 is working very well.  Please excuse my dumbness.

Thanks for asking, but the accounts are both enabled.  From the email
list traffic, I'm not the only one experiencing this.

Any other suggestions?
