[Evolution] Problems with version 0.10-2

Could someone help me out with evolution? I tried to install version
0.10-2 but I kept getting this error when I tried to start it:

GLib-ERROR **: could not allocate 1701601656 bytes
aborting...
Aborted (core dumped)

I am running Mandrake 8.0. I tried installing using the cooker rpm, and
then I also tried the ximian rpm. Both gave the same error. I attempted
to compile from source but was unsuccessful (as usual). Does anyone know
how to get around this?
