As was discussed in IRC today, I think the correct solution is "don't
build testgtkhtml."

Did you ever sort this out? I am hitting almost exactly the
same errors. I downloaded and installed w3c-libwww-5.2.8-8 and
w3c-libwww-devel-5.2.8-8 from www.rpmfind.net for Rawhide.
Then I built the CVS version of glibwww2. Lastly, I tried to
build the latest CVS version of gtkhtml. The gtkhtml build died
with the following:
