[Evolution] gnome-spell

Sorry to be whiny this morning, but at some point the gnome-spell
integration appears to have stopped working for me. It worked at one
point, then stopped. I'm not sure if this is when I stopped building by
own gtkhtml or what.

The gnome-spell test application still works OK, but  I don't get that
cool red squiggle in composer anymore. And spell-checking appears to be
enabled in the Properties menu.

I seem to remember someone saying that it was auto-detected by gtkhtml,
but I could be mistaken.
